Pre-Summit Solutions Workshop

Business Builders & AI Integration:
Practical Help to Integrate and Leverage AI in Your Business

SeedAI and the state of Utah will co-host a workshop to help small and growing businesses explore and pursue high-impact opportunities for AI adoption. The goal is to meet people where they are and provide tailored, concrete support.

Attendees will work directly with other Utah businesses, AI service providers, local support teams, and technical partners to identify how to reliably leverage AI.

No issue is too big or too small, from boosting day-to-day efficiency to solving persistent challenges. That could be process automation, supply chain optimization, data analysis, cybersecurity, or anything in between.

Beyond general participants, five Utah businesses will be selected to participate in live, on-stage sessions where experts will dive deep into their specific challenges to workshop solutions in real time. If you would like your company highlighted, please indicate during registration that you would like to be considered.

Located at the north-west section of the Salt Palace, joint sessions are in room 355, with breakout sessions/hackathons in 255 A-F.


Parking



The Salt Palace Convention Center offers two convenient underground automated garages that are open 24 hours a day: 

  • 200 South Lot – Two Entrances: Enter off of 200 South between West Temple and 200 West, or enter off of 200 West just south of the dock entrance.  
  • 300 West Lot – Two Entrances: Enter off of 300 West between 100 South and South Temple, or enter off of 100 South between 200 West, just past the Japanese Garden. 
  • Accessible parking is available in both lots.
  • Bicycle racks are located in the garages and various places outside the facility.
  • Continuous security surveillance.
